Feel No Pain (available at fnpwh.com and as mobile apps, "the app") is a free, unofficial dice companion for tabletop wargaming. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app rolls dice, tracks wounds and scores, imports army lists you provide, and lets you play alongside another person online. It is a helper for games you play on a physical table. It is not a game in itself and does not contain any rules text, datasheets, or artwork from any publisher.
Do not use the app to harass other players, to post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content in names, rosters, or bug reports, to interfere with the service or other users' games, or to probe or attack the app's infrastructure. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of the army lists, names, and other content you enter. You give us permission to store that content and to show it to the people you play with or share it with, which is what the app needs in order to work. We do not use your content for anything else.
The app is provided free of charge and may change, pause, or shut down at any time. Features, rules interpretations, and dice mechanics may be updated between versions. We aim to keep your data intact across updates but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Dice results are generated on your device and are shared with your opponent as-is. The app's rules handling is a convenience and may contain mistakes. Players remain responsible for agreeing on and applying the rules of their game.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is nothing.
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Deleting your account ends these terms for you, except for the sections that by their nature survive (your content licence for content already shared, no warranty, limitation of liability).
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
